Scott Davidson

For over two decades, Scott has served as outside general counsel to a number of leading start-ups and later-stage ventures across a broad spectrum of Pacific Northwest industry groups.

Scott is a member of the Oregon and Idaho state bar associations and serves as a frequent presenter to industry and trade groups on topics related to entrepreneurship, angel and venture investing, corporate leadership and building effective management teams.
