Aline Orozco is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in accounting, operations, and nonprofit leadership. She currently serves as the Senior Accountant at Hacienda CDC, where she supports community development initiatives through strategic financial oversight and systems-building. Her previous roles include Senior Accountant at Primetrics, Director of Finance and Operations at National Crittenton, and Finance Manager at Justice + Joy National Collaborative.

Aline also contributes to Oregon’s entrepreneurial ecosystem as Board Treasurer at Built Oregon, bringing a values-driven approach to fiscal stewardship, equity, and community resilience
