As the founder of Nico’s Ice Cream, co-founder of Toasted S’Mores Bar and now head of Sales at Portland Bee Balm, Nico understands the founder’s journey; the late nights, the pivots, the wins and the challenges.
As a mentor, he doesn't just share industry insights or help founders navigate challenges—he models what great mentorship looks like.
