On January 21st, we are partnering with OMEP (Oregon Manufacturing Extension Partnership) and the Metro Region Innovation Hub to host a hands-on workshop to learn the principles of Lean Manufacturing.

Whether you're new to Lean or need a refresher, this training will equip you with the mindset and tools needed to improve processes, reduce waste, and build a culture of continuous improvement. Gain practical tools to begin identifying waste in your operations and workflows - or plan for how best to set yours up from the beginning! Join us for this hands-on lean simulation using lego where you'll work as a team to drive process improvements at a struggling manufacturing plant.
