2021 Built Oregon Festival
Built Oregon + Cultivate Bend
“Cultivated in Oregon. Built by Community.”
Location
The Redd

The Main Event is usually the culmination of the Built Festival's week-long series of events and in the past has been an all day celebration. This year, with the ongoing and amazing support of Travel Oregon, it has been scaled down to an afternoon of amazing conversations. The event will feature fireside chats between industry founders and leaders. Each one will inspire, inform and look to spark conversations around Oregon's unique place within the consumer product ecosystem.

** Built Festival COVID-19 Event Guidelines**
First, as we strive to move forwards in the times that we live in, we will always be transparent and focused on everyone’s safety. So as it relates to the event on 10/15/21, here are the guidelines for attending.
- All attendees must wear a face covering while inside at the event. You may only take your face covering off while outside or actively drinking. We will face masks available at check in.
- We will require proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test administered by a healthcare professional within 72 hours prior to the event. A digital image of vaccination card will suffice.
- A maximum of 150 attendees will be allowed at the event. As a reference, the seated capacity at The Redd is close to 500 people.
- We will not host lunch or product demos/sampling this year. We may have some vendors at the event, but they will not be sampling products. However, and most importantly, you will be able to support their businesses through the purchase of their products...and get a jump on your holiday shopping.
- Hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes will be present and people will be encouraged to use them. People will be required to sanitize their hands upon entering.
- Water stations will be set up and attendees are encouraged to bring their own water bottles.
- We will discourage attendees and staff from greeting others with physical contact (for example, handshakes, hugs, etc).
- If someone gets sick after our event, we will follow the CDC guidelines outlined on their site.
- As much as possible, please give other attendees, staff, and vendors 6 feet of space unless a physical barrier is present.
- If you are feeling sick, please let us know. We will refund your ticket cost.
- Even though the ceilings in The Redd are really high, we are planning on rolling up the doors and providing as much fresh air as possible...and since it’s October, we ask that you dress accordingly for the weather.
Finally, we do ask for some patience and understanding around the event as we are all doing our best and things may change again
